St John’s Festival Orchestra Returns This September
We are delighted to announce the return of the St John’s Festival Orchestra for what promises to be another wonderful evening of live classical music at St John’s Church, Chester.
On Sunday 27 September at 7.30pm, the church will once again provide the magnificent setting for an evening of music performed by the St John’s Festival Orchestra, conducted by Panos Karan.
The programme will feature music by three of the great names of classical music – Tchaikovsky, Mozart and Brahms – offering an evening filled with memorable melodies and some of the most beautiful music in the orchestral repertoire.
Joining the orchestra will be soloists William Smith and Beatrice Nicholas, adding another dimension to what promises to be a very special concert.
